I have over 10 years of experience in international education and arts projects. My specialisation includes the school and vocational education sector. My academic experience, cultural awareness and curiosity about the world allow me to effectively support educational institutions in the internationalisation processes. I invite you on an Asian journey in search of new knowledge and inspiration.
I have been involved in educational projects since 2007. Five years ago, I merged my professional experience with my passion for travelling. Since then, I have been working on international project concepts. Today, I encourage you to take advantage of the unique opportunity to discover new horizons while expanding your knowledge and competences.
I am a graduate of Chongqing University with a master degree in international trade. I specialise in building effective communication with Chinese audiences, researching Asian markets and translation. Additionally, since 2019, I have been involved in fundraising for EU projects and their subsequent implementation. In 2022, I created DANBAI to combine the experience I have gained and to open up to new opportunities.
OUR HISTORY
We have gathered our experience to create a space for exploring new horizons of learning in Asia. As the duo InCrea&Danbai, we want to bring Europeans closer to the teaching and working methods of the Far East and to implement in local know-how.

Our activities are supported by the team of the InCREA Foundation, which has extensive experience in helping educational bodies, universities and training institutions to design and implement international initiatives. A wide network of international partners allows us to develop a cooperation model tailored to the needs of your organisation. So far, 44 projects with a value of more than €2.5 million have been implemented with the involvement of the InCREA Foundation, involving more than 1,100 participants.
